Adellina brings nearly six years of experience in the social sector, focusing on elementary education and literacy development, and serving low-income families. She currently serves as a homeroom teacher at The Gateway School of Mumbai and is deeply passionate about fostering literacy and language skills among her students. Her commitment to social concerns led her to pursue a career in education and community development. Recognised for her dedication, she was awarded the Dr Ernest Borges Award for Social Concerns in February 2019 for her outstanding volunteering activities.
