Our academic interventions build on students’ strengths and provide necessary scaffolding to empower them to thrive in educational settings and beyond. Our interventions focus on building foundational skills including reading, writing, and mathematics, as well as helping students navigate academic demands such as building in study routines, turning in quality homework, revising, and preparing for assessments.
Our academic intervention programmes address learning in two ways:
Our academic intervention programmes build foundational skills in reading, writing, and mathematics, and support learners with classroom demands and expectations.
Academic Intervention aims to help your child improve their academic performance by addressing their specific learning needs. By providing tailored support and teaching study skills, the programme helps students succeed in meeting grade-level expectations and accessing classroom content more effectively.
Our academic intervention programmes draw from evidence-based intervention methods and are tailored to each child’s individual needs. This means that the support provided is specific to your child’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning preferences, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Academic Intervention offers support in two key areas: first, bridging the gap between a student’s current academic level and grade expectations through targeted intervention programmes; and second, teaching study skills and providing assistance with using tools such as assistive technology and accommodations to help students access classroom content more effectively.
Progress in Academic Intervention is monitored regularly to track your child’s growth and identify areas for further support. This may involve ongoing assessments, feedback from teachers and intervention specialists, and adjustments to the intervention plan as needed to ensure continued progress.
